Here is a very small car. 2.67 m long, 1.88 m wide and 1.62 m high. It is not a real car, but a small car, approved as a heavy quadricycle, and drivable from 16 years old. Its look is totally original, new, but we know this little car for a long time, it has been marketed for 3 years by a company from Ardèche under the name of Volteis. It is a French vehicle, of conception as of manufacture, and it is recognizable between all with its look of small Jeep. Here it is redesigned by a great name, Philippe Starck.
