Detailed description

Kosha is a Sanskrit term meaning “sheath” or “vehicle of consciousness”. It is used in Indian philosophy to distinguish the “five sheaths” that envelop the pure consciousness of being or the true Self, as opposed to the ego.

An impressive sculptural object, halfway between art and design. The ideal place to be alone with oneself or with a book.

Kosha is an innovative, original and resolutely different concept. More than a piece of high-end furniture, Kosha is a meditative space, a kind of protective envelope.

This exceptional object is composed of 33 wooden slats worked one by one then assembled by hand with a clockwork precision. 10 niches allow you to keep your most beautiful books always within reach. A pure and enveloping aesthetic, lines drawn to harmoniously follow the curvature of the body, Kosha combines a strong and timeless design with perfect ergonomics.

Each KOSHA has a personal engraved plate with specific references and an identification number. An original certificate is delivered with each piece.
