While flying tables are usually the product of illusionists’ magic tricks, the Teles Taxidi coffee table – meaning “perfect trip” – is real.

The engineers at Siren Design Studios have come up with an atypical high-end coffee table creation. A creation straight out of science fiction movies that reminds the hoverboard ridden by Marty McFly in Back to the Future 2.

To give this impression of floating, Siren Design Studios has equipped the Teles Taxidi coffee table with two rare earth magnets. The repulsive force of the magnets is strong enough to support the table top and place several objects on it.

This high-end flying coffee table was designed with a complex system of Kevlar ropes and pulleys. A system that allows objects and beverages to never fall over.

This unique flying table is able to rise 5 centimeters above its support. What to surprise the guests who come to spend a convivial moment around a cocktail, a vodka, a whiskey or a rum of exception.
