Cykno is a project born from the initiative of two men. Bruno Greppi, a great engineer and innovator in the field of motorcycles, and Luca Scopel, a designer specialized in the development of concepts and luxury products, for the company Engeenius. Cykno is not a simple bike but rather an eclectic vehicle created to meet mobility needs while keeping a low environmental impact. Seen like that, the concept looks more like a desire of green bobos, but we must admit that the piece is superb. Made entirely of carbon, aluminum, leather and metal, Cykno is a little concentrate of technologies.

It is composed of a monocoque frame, the spokes and the fork are made of carbon fiber and stainless steel tubes. The saddle is suspended from a steel blade and covered with precious leathers – also used for the handlebars and some parts of the frame -. It has 60km of autonomy and uses a power between 250 and 500 watts for a weight of 26kg.

Presented at the Milan Design Week from April 9 to 14, Cykno is a clever mix of styles between vintage, futuristic, steampunk and Californian beach cruiser. No information about its price but it will be possible to customize it directly online.
